ContactNow: Remove DDI Numbers

DDI numbers cannot be removed from your contact centre without contacting Support.

You can however change the DDI associated to the queue. This can be done by purchasing a DDI and then assigning it to the queue. This can be done in your contact centre, hover over Configuration and select Allocate DDI.
