ContactNow: Edit a CRM Account

You can edit CRM accounts you have configured with EasyContactNow. You can edit fields such as the CRM account, CRM Description, Username, Token, and Subdomain.

To edit CRM accounts navigate to CRM Accounts from Configuration. You will find a list of CRM accounts you have configured with the system. Click the Settings Cog on the right and click the Edit CRM option.

Upon clicking the Edit CRM option you will be presented with the screen below.

Edit the fields you wish to change and click on Save CRM.

Editing a CRM account can cause failure or disruption of scheduled syncs and data update.
