ContactNow: Billing Overview

The Billing Overview provides a general overview of how much you have spent over the last 6 months in a month by month breakdown. You will also see an overview of your tariff, including login costs and call tariff (both for inbound and outbound) and the prices for calling different UK destinations. The full breakdown can be found clicking See your full tariff.

To view the Billing Overview, hover over the Configuration icon from the Navigation bar, click Billing and select the Overview tab.


Clicking See your full tariff will bring up a list of every country destination including a charge for peak (Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm) and off peak times outside of these hours. The dial codes are also provided alongside the tariff plan to ensure you have dialled the correct numbers.
