If you are in Idle mode for an extended period of time your contact centre will automatically log you out.
Admin users will be able to specify how long an agent can be in Idle before they are disconnected from the contact centre.
To enable auto log out you will need to head over to Configuration, then System setup and select the Agent Features tab.
You can choose whether to enable or disable Auto Logout as well as set the time period. The minimum allowance period is 5 minutes
Ensure you click save to update any changes.
