Oh Snap! error message after logon in Quality Management

Symptom

After the login process, the user is receiving the below error message.

Applies To

Quality Management 4.5 and 5.0

Resolution

Check that the user is active and that his roles have sufficient permissions.

If the role has 0 permissions attached to it then more permissions need to be granted (at least 20 should suffice, the default agent permissions).
