Where can I find the 8x8 Screen Recorder logs on an agent's machine?
This article is for Quality Management (QM) customers with screen recording enabled.
For Windows users the log file is located in the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\QualityManagement\ClientTray .
For Mac users the log file is located in the folder /Users/USERNAME/QualityManagement/ScreenCapture/logs .
There will only be one log file on a client machine. It will be the log file from the most recent screen recording attempt. As each attempt is made the previous log file is deleted.
