Creating an Administrator in VCC (VCC only customers with no SSO)

Objective

Adding an Administrator account on Virtual Contact Center Mode 1.

Applies To

VCC Configuration Manager - Mode 1 ((VCC only customers with no SSO))

Procedure

  1. Log into Configuration Manager.
  2. Go to Security tab, select Administrators. 
  3. Click + Add Administrator, new tab will open.

  4. Fill the required field and Save.
