Virtual Contact Centre Agent GUI
In the Virtual Contact Centre Agent GUI, click on the Phone tab, then on the Agents tab. All VCC agents will be listed here, grouped by their Agent Group. From here, you can start a chat with an agent, or make a call to an agent simply by clicking on their name.
You can also mark agents as a favourite by clicking on the star next to their name. This will add them to your Favourites tab, making it easier for you to find them in future.
