Changing the date format which is displayed when running reports from Virtual Contact Centre (VCC) Historical Reports.
Virtual Contact Centre (VCC).
Log into VCC AGUI:
- Click on the Menu button in the top left-hand corner.
- Select Profile.
- Navigate to Personalization.
- You will notice Date Format.
- Click on the drop down box which will show you all date formats available.
- Once the date format has been selected, press Save.
