Why do I return to the SSO landing page when trying to access the VCC Agent GUI?

Symptom

After selecting Virtual Contact Centre Agent from the SSO landing page, the browser looks like it is going to log in but then goes back to the username and password prompt

Applies To

Single Sign On (SSO), Virtual Contact Centre Agent

Resolution

Clear the browser's cache and cookies, or use an Incognito window

Cause

Cached data is stopping the VCC Agent GUI from launching correctly
