Duplicated instances of agents in Customer Experience and Historical Reports

Resolution

This is a known issue. These duplicate agents are deleted agents.

Our Engineering Teams are aware of this and have an improvement planned that will eliminate this confusion by enabling the user to easily identify deleted agents, and by providing them some control on whether or not to include deleted agents in the results. Currently we do not have a target release date for that improvement.
