View the customer answers for the Post Call Surveys
You must be enabled as a Supervisor in order for you to view the Post Call Surveys.
- Virtual Contact Centre
- Log into VCC Agent
- Click on the box grid icon beside the Menu dropdown on the Agent Control Panel.
- From here select Customer Experience.
- On the new page, click on the fourth tab icon for Post Call Survey.
- When loaded, select the Survey in question under the drop down to view all related answers along with filters for agents, date/time range etc.
