Transaction codes are not appearing for some agents

Symptom

Ensure Transaction Codes are appearing for Agents in a given queue.

Applies To

VCC Queue Level

Resolution

Transaction codes are not appearing for an agent as they should. See below:

In order to fix this

  1. Go to Config Manager.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Select the user and click the Properties Tab.
  4. Untick Enable and show Options button.

  5. Click Save. The transaction codes button will now appear for the agent.
