Missing dial-in numbers in conference bridge email (556 service)

Symptom

After creating a conference by dialing "556" the end user will receive an email with no dial-in numbers for both internal and external participants, similar to the screenshot below:

Applies To

PBX conference bridge service, that can be accessed by dialing 556.

Resolution

Assign a virtual number to 556 service

  1. Log into Account Manager.
  2. Click Phone System.
  3. Click Virtual and Toll-Free Numbers.
  4. Click Edit next to a number, under the Action column.
  5. Assign a number and click Confirm.

For example:

Cause

The 556 service doesn't have a virtual number assigned.
