Played Announcement When Calls Are Being Recorded

Objective

Adjust the call recording announcement for all calls.

Procedure

1. Log in to Work for Desktop.
2. Click Settings(Gear).
3. Click on Account settings.
4. A new browser window will open prompting you to log in.
5. Click on Call recording settings in the navigation menu on the left.
6. In the Recording announcement dropdown, select who should hear the announcement.
   
7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
