Unable to view other users presence within VOD

Objective

If you unable to view your colleagues' presence in VOD 

Applies To

Virtual Office Desktop for configure manager 

Procedure

  1.  Login to configuration manager portal
  2.  Go to user profile 
  3.  Within basic information find the contact directory scope which will be set to PBX

  1. Drop down the list and change to Company

  1. Save the profile and ask the end user to log out and login back into the virtual office
