Logging inot VOD and call recording is missing
VOD New User Experience View
Log into your Accoung Manager as an admin
Click on Phone system and then Call Recording
"Listen to Recordings" column, make sure it is uncheck to have access to call recording
Log off of VOD and log back into VOD and click on the 3 dots. Call recording should be on the list to select from
Listens to call recording is restricted by default. In order to have access to call recording, the restriction for each user need to be remove.
