Virtual Office Desktop: App Continues Ringing / Can't Answer Call


When you receive an incoming call through the Virtual Office Desktop app on your Windows device, you are unable to answer the call by clicking the green call pickup button. The call is not picked up and the app continues to ring.

Install Windows 7 Convenience Rollup

The recommended resolution is to install the Windows 7 Convenience Rollup. Installing the patch and updating device drivers may resolve this issue.

To install Windows 7 Convenience Rollup

  1. Check to see if you have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed. If not, download and install Windows Service Pack 1.
  2. Determine whether you are using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7.
  3. Download and install the April 2015 Servicing Stack Update.
  4. Download and install the Windows 7 Convenience Rollup.
