Make a call

  • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+8
  • Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+8

Windows: Place a call to a phone number that is currently highlighted in any other application Window.

Mac: Place a call to a phone number that is currently copied to your clipboard.

If you have not highlighted or copied a number, use this shortcut to open the dial pad to place a call.

Hold and answer

  • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R
  • Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+R
Place the current call on hold, and answer an incoming call.

End and answer

  • Windows: Alt+Ctrl+Shift+R
  • Mac: Ctrl+Shift+Cmd+R
End the current call, and answer an incoming call.

Accept incoming call

  • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+A
  • Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+A
Answer an incoming call.

Decline incoming call

  • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+X
  • Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+X

 

Decline an incoming call.

Hang up

  • Windows: Ctrl+H
  • Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+H

End the current call.

Mute/Unmute

  • Windows: Ctrl+/
  • Mac: Cmd+/

Mute or unmute the current call.

Open keypad

  • Windows: Ctrl+K
  • Mac: Cmd+K

Open your keypad.

Monitor

  • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+M
  • Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+M

(Only available on extensions set up for Barge-Monitor-Whisper) Monitor the current call of the selected contact)

Note: In order to use the shortcuts for monitor and direct barge, you must have the desired person's contact details in the Virtual Office desktop app open and selected as you enter a shortcut.

Barge

  • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+B
  • Mac: Ctrl+Cmd+B

(Only available on extensions set up for Barge-Monitor-Whisper) Barge in on the current call of the selected contact without monitoring)

Note: In order to use the shortcuts for monitor and direct barge, you must have the desired person's contact details in the Virtual Office desktop app open and selected as you enter a shortcut.
