Virtual Office Mobile: Enabling Mobile Assist

Objective

If you are in an area that is struggling to pick up a strong WiFi signal or Data Connection, enabling Mobile assist will help with this and use the mobile voice network where necessary.

Virtual Office Mobile, Android, iPhone

Procedure

To accomplish the above please follow the below steps:-

Firstly if you are not already logged into your mobile application please do so with your username and password.

iPhone

  1. From the main screen across the bottom select More
    More Option
     
  2. This will give you further options, from the list select Settings
    Settings
     
  3. In the settings menu select the first option of Data and Network Options
    Data and Network Options
     
  4. Within Data and Network settings, the last option select Mobile Assist
    Mobile Assist
  5. Next, you get the option of which calls you would like assistance with, inbound or outbound or both.
    Incoming/Outgoing

Android

  1. From the main screen in the top right corner select the 3 dots
    More
  2. This will give you further options, from the list select Settings
    Settings
  3. In the settings menu select the first option of Data and Network options
    Data and Network options
  4. Within Data and Network settings, the last option select Mobile Assist
    Mobile Assist
  5. Next, you get the option of which calls you would like assistance with, inbound or outbound or both.
