While assigning admin privileges to the user getting the following error:
Check Mobile No. Setting
- Go to user's profile in Account Manager (Accounts > User Profiles).
- Click Edit next to the User you are checking.
- Make sure the mobile number is added.
- Click Save.
- Under Accounts, click Privileges.
- Click Edit next to the user you are checking.
- Make sure VCC Admin is selected.
- Click Save Changes.
