Remove the old or incorrect emergency address(es) from the PBX.
Log into Account Manager.
- Go to Edit Multiple Extensions.
- Edit and select the right address to put on the service extension.
- In Account Manager, identify all extensions with wrong address to be removed.
- Edit the extensions with wrong address and change address to right address.
- Save changes.
Once *ALL* extensions have right address, the wrong address will be dropped from menu.
