Unable to play call recordings in Chrome

Symptom

Unable to replay call recordings in Account Manager using Google Chrome

When selecting Play / Download the page shows "Please Wait..."

Applies To

Virtual Office, Account Manager, Call Recording

Resolution

 When on the call recording page please check that you have allowed flash by selecting the padlock and setting the flash drop down to allow (see attached screenshot), then reload the page when prompted. The call recording should now play.
