One or several extensions are not showing in the Contact Directory.
Virtual Office Account Manager, Contact Directory
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Navigate to Accounts > Contact Directory.
- In the list, locate the extension(s) which are not showing in the Contact Directory.
- Scroll across to the right until you can see the column header Contact Directory Exclude Extension.
- Untick the box next to the extension.
- Click Save Changes.
- The extension will now be visible in the Contact Directory.
