Virtual Office Configuration Manager: Can't Play or Download Call Recordings

Symptom

When attempting to play individual call recordings in Virtual Office (VO) Configuration Manager, you see a spinning wheel (loading indicator) and the call recording doesn't play. When attempting to download the recording, you receive an error: This site can't be reached. The webpage at https://vo-cm.8x8.com/... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Resolution

Download call recordings in bulk.

  1. On the Call Recordings page, click the boxes next to the call recordings you want to download.
  2. In the upper right corner, click Download.

Cause

This issue is under investigation and will be resolved with an upcoming release.
