Call forwarding rules for Ring Groups


Understanding of call forwarding rules.

Applies To

Virtual Office, Call forwarding rules, Configuration Manager, CM, VO


Go to Home > Ring Groups > Edit > Call forwarding rules section (can be seen in the image attached down below) >

  • When the internet connection is down
    • if only Virtual Office is used, by logging out of the account this rule will apply, because you will appear offline in our system, therefore we understand that internet connection is down
  • When all members are busy
    • if agents are not available to take any calls, the rule will apply
  • When no one in the ring group answers
    • if agents are not answering any call, the rule will apply
  • Forward all calls
    • will forward all calls made to the respective ring group
