Account administrators can reset user or administrator passwords by using the steps below. The user will receive an email notifying them to reset their password.
To reset a user or administrator password in VO Configuration Manager
- Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
- Click Users.
- Click More Options (three dots).
- Select Reset User Password.
- Select Continue to confirm that you want to reset the password.
Once the user receives an email notification, they should follow the instructions in the email to reset their password.
