How do I log out an agent from a Call Queue through the Virtual Office Configuration Manager?

Remotely log out an agent from a Call Queue through the Configuration Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log into the Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Queues from the home page.

  3. Select the 3 dots on the right side of the queue.​​​​​​​

  4. Select Edit.

  5. Select the 3 dots on the right side for the member.​​​​​​​
