How Do I Manage Ringback Audio Settings for Ring Groups in Virtual Office Configuration Manager?

When you set up a Ring Group in Virtual Office Configuration Manager, you can choose to upload a Ringback audio file or to record an audio file. This is the audio that callers will hear when calling the Ring Group. 


To upload a Ringback audio file in VO Configuration Manager

  1. Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Ring Groups.
  3. Go to Ringback Music and click Change File.

  4. Click Create Audio Files
  5. In the menu, select By Uploading an Audio File.

  6. Enter the Title of your recording.
  7. Click the center of your screen or drag an audio file to the Upload your Audio File window.
  8. Click Save.

To record a Ringback audio file in VO Configuration Manager

  1. Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Ring Groups.
  3. Click Change File under Ringback Music.

  4. Click Create Audio Files.
  5. Select By Calling a Number to Record

  6. Enter the Name and the Phone Number or Extension you wish to record your initial greeting on.
  7. Click Call Now and follow the instructions. 
  8. Click Save.
