How to Schedule reports in Virtual Office Analytics (VOA)

Objective

After reading this guide you should be able to comfortably schedule reports that get sent directly to your email.

VOA is a brilliant tool which enables users to be able to track all of their agent's progress and manage how many calls are being taken and made on a daily/weekly & monthly basis.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the 8x8 single sign-on platform.
  2. You will be greeted with an application panel where you will need to select Virtual office analytics.
  3. You will see your user profile in the top right, click the little icon and select Schedule Reports.

  4. To create a new report, Click + Create a new report.

  5. Fill out the relevant information in the box that pops up at the right-hand side of the screen, as per the below.​​​​​​​

  6. Click Submit. The schedule has been created and will be scheduled for the times given.

Additional Information

Reports can only be scheduled for the previous day, or you can schedule reports for today but you will receive it through tomorrow.
