ContactNow: Configure PBX Voicemail

Voicemail must be enabled for an extension before it can be configured. See Editing a PBX Phone for instructions on how to enable Voicemail.

Where you have enabled voicemail for an account, click the gear icon next to the account you want to enable voicemail for and click Configure Voicemail to setup how you want the voicemail to behave.

  • Voicemail Cap - The maximum number of messages you can have queued before the system returns ‘The voicemail box is full’ to the caller.
  • Forward Voicemail - Select Yes if you would prefer to receive your voicemails into your Email inbox.
  • Email Address - The email address used for voicemails that are being forwarded.
