ContactNow: Assign Phone Book Contacts to Queues

To add a new contact to the Phone Book, hover over the Configuration icon in the Navigation bar and click on Phone book.

Click Add Contact on the top right to create a new contact.

Enter the desired contact details in the new window and click on Add Contact. A notification message will appear to indicate you have successfully added a contact to the Phone Book.

Once the contacts have been created they will need to be assigned to queues, agents who are assigned to the selected queues will then have access to the contacts in the Phone Book.
