Setting up Call Waiting


How to enable or disable call waiting manually.

Applies To

Cisco, Panasonic, Polycom, VOD, VOM, Yealink.


  1. Dial 555, when prompted enter your voicemail password followed by the # key.
  2. Press * to return to the main menu.
  3. Press 3 for user preference.
  4. Press 3 for call waiting handling.
  5. Press 1 for toggling it, that is to enable/disable it.
