How do I order professional audio recordings for my phone system?

Overview

8x8's Audio Production Store is available for customers who want to produce a professional quality audio recording for greetings, messages, or hold music. If you would like to create a professional audio recording, visit the Audio Production Store to see available options.

To order professional audio recordings

  1. Visit the Audio Production Store and place an order.
  2. Within three business days, the Audio Production store will provide you with custom audio files.
  3. Music on Hold and Auto Attendant greetings can be uploaded directly in Account Manager or Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
  4. All other custom audio upload requests should be directed to 8x8 Support.
  5. 8x8 Support will ask that you complete a custom audio request template so they can properly deploy the audio files.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Next Steps for VO Configuration Manager Users

Once you have received your custom audio recordings, you can upload them to VO Configuration Manager for your Music on HoldCall Queue and Auto Attendant. Audio recordings for the following features must be handled by 8x8 Support.

  • Call Park
  • Voicemail (Extension or Ring Group)

Next Steps for Account Manager Users 

Once you have received your custom audio recordings, you can upload them via Account Manager for Music on Hold and your Auto Attendant(s). Audio recordings for the following features must be handled by 8x8 Support.

  • Call Park
  • Call Queues
  • Conference Bridge
  • One Number Access
  • Voicemail (Extension or Ring Group)
