To be able to view tickets in 8x8 support portal
- 8x8 support portal
- Log into your application panel via SSO using URL https://sso.8x8.com/sso/login
- Go to My 8x8
- Click on the drop down for CASES
- Click VIEW CASES
- Select from the drop down for open/resolved/closed cases
- You should then be able to see your cases raised in a list.
- The headers can be expanded should you need to see them by clicking and dragging.
If you dont have My 8x8 in the Application Panel,
- please click on Support
- Select your nearest location
- Then click Get Support in the top right hand corner of the screen
The remaining steps will be the same as above.
