Objective

To be able to view tickets in 8x8 support portal

Applies To

  • 8x8 support portal

Procedure

  1. Log into your application panel via SSO using URL https://sso.8x8.com/sso/login

  2. Go to My 8x8

  3. Click on the drop down for CASES

  4. Click VIEW CASES

  5. Select from the drop down for open/resolved/closed cases

  6. You should then be able to see your cases raised in a list.
  7. The headers can be expanded should you need to see them by clicking and dragging.

If you dont have My 8x8 in the Application Panel,

  1. please click on Support

  2. Select your nearest location

  3. Then click Get Support in the top right hand corner of the screen
