Virtual Office Configuration Manager: Updating Your Credit Card

Note: To change the credit card on your account in Account Manager, the legacy version of Virtual Office Configuration Manager, click here.

Virtual Office Configuration Manager users can view their billing online in the Support Portal. To change the credit card on your account, follow the steps below.

To update the credit card on your account in the Support Portal

  1. Log in to your 8x8 Application Panel.
  2. Click My 8x8.
  3. Click Payment Method in the top navigation bar.
  4. Click New.

  5. Enter your credit card information.
  6. Click Validate and Save.
