Unable to Activate Phone in Regus Office Space or Location

Symptom

When you are attempting to activate a phone from a Regus office space, you are unable to activate the phone. The phone is offline.

  • Desk phones
  • Regus offices

Resolution

You will need to have your Regus office representative add the MAC IDs of your devices to their portal. Confirm with your Regus office representative that the devices have been added to their portal for permission to connect to the network,

Additional Information

Devices must be white listed on the Regus network in order to obtain a private IP address.
