Unable to log into Account/Configuration manager from application panel

Objective

To log into Account or Configuration Manager from the Application Panel,

To do this, the cache, cookies, and temporary data need to be cleared from the system.

Applies To

Google Chrome, Windows O.S

Procedure

  1. Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop -> search for run and then press enter, in run prompt enter %temp% and delete all files if files are unable to be deleted then skip.
  2. Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop -> search for run and then press enter, in run prompt enter temp and delete all files if files are unable to be deleted then skip.
  3. Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop -> search for run and then press enter, in run prompt enter prefetch and delete all files if files are unable to be deleted then skip.
  4. Open Google Chrome and press Ctrl+Shift+Del and select Cookies and other site data and cached images and file and Clear data.
