- We've cleaned up the front page to present you with simpler options, and cleared out outdated, irrelevant content that was making it difficult to find information,
- We've removed the requirement to login to access important details.
- And we continue to provide the ability to search across multiple content sources, including our product web help, free 8x8 Academy training materials, and Youtube channel.

Built for the future
We're also built to get missing answers in much faster than before. In addition to making user navigation easier, our state-of-the-art platform allows our support engineers to better capture and share knowledge during their interactions with customers, our product development teams, and each other, and is now directly integrated with our case management system.
As we continue to improve our new home, you may notice that some things have moved to new areas or other things appear to be missing.
