The Switchboard provides a quick way to find contacts and direct incoming calls to them.
To access the Switchboard, click on the Switchboard tab from the Agent page.
The search box is automatically focused when the page loads so agents can type immediately and find contacts to call directly. Alternatively, when a call is received agents will be able to search for contacts and transfer calls more efficiently.
Switchboard must be enabled for each individual Agent in order for them to see it on their Agent page.
Switchboard will search for contacts from datasets once you have imported data. The datasets must exist in the ecn_switchboard campaign and not be expired.
