ContactNow: Text to Speech

The Text to Speech function allows you to input text that can be read to agents before a call is connected. The function also allows you to input text to be read to your customers before or after a call. The text to speech function supports multiple accents as well as both male and female voices.

Note: This is not a language translation feature.

Type the text you would like to have read out into the message box, select the Accent you would like to use from the dropdown list and select whether you prefer a Male or Female Voice from the options provided. You can also preview the text by clicking on the Playback Text button. You can give the audio a Filename for easy use in the future. The Filename will be saved once the settings have been saved / updated.
