What happens when I purchase a license?
If you purchase a license it is instantly added to your contact center.
What happens when I upgrade my monthly package?
If you upgrade, your monthly package will instantly change. Any new included minutes are prorated and added to your current included minutes.
What happens when I downgrade my monthly package?
If you downgrade your monthly package on the 1st of the new month, you can continue to use included minutes and licenses that you have already paid for.
