ContactNow: Set Up ContactNow for Jira Service Desk

Set up a ContactNow account

In order to use ContactNow for Jira Service Desk you will need a ContactNow account. If you already have a ContactNow account you can continue to the next step.

Create a ContactNow account by completing the sign up form and providing payment details. Once this is done, your account will be activated. Follow the Setup Wizard to get your account up and running.

Login as a Jira Service Desk Admin

Go to your Jira Service Desk and log in with your Atlassian ID. Your Jira account needs the necessary account permissions to install an add-on to your Jira Service Desk.

Install ContactNow for Jira Service Desk from the Atlassian Marketplace

There are two ways to install the ContactNow add-on for Jira.

  1. From the Admin area inside Jira Service Desk.
    • After logging in to Jira, click the Administration icon on the top right of Jira and select Add-ons. Use the search field to look for ContactNow. Click Install to add it to your Jira Service Desk.
  2. From the Atlassian Marketplace.
