How do I add a filter to a Virtual Contact Center Analytics Business Intelligence report?

To add a filter to a Virtual Contact Center Analytics Business Intelligence report, click the type of value you want to filter on under the Dimensions section of the report editor on the left hand side of the page. The value may show up in the Rows or Columns section of the report. If this happens, simply drag and drop the value to the Filter section of the report editor. Then provide the values for the filter.
