Filtering Calls in Quality Management According to the Hour Recorded

Quality Management allows you to easily filter calls by the date and time the call was recorded. You can then sort the calls in ascending or descending order.

To filter calls by the hour the call was recorded

  1. Click Search Calls (phone icon).
  2. Select the beginning and ending date range from the Date Picker drop-down.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click the Create Date column header to switch between ascending and descending order.
