Filtering for All Calls That Have Not Been Calibrated in Quality Management 5.0

Objective

Using the Filter section of the Search Evaluations page to sort and retrieve all evaluations that have not been Calibrated.

Applies To

Quality Management 5.0

Procedure

  1. Go to Search Evaluations page.
  2. Select the required time-range.
  3. In the Filter and Search section type in Evaluation Calibration.
  4. Select the Evaluation Calibration option.

  6. Select Finish.
  7. Click Search.
