Getting error when attempting to delete VCC agent/user from the VCC Configuration Manager: The Agent cannot be deleted.
Virtual Contact Center Admin and Agent.
From VCC Configuration Manager:
- Edit the Agent/User.
- Select Queues tab.
- Remove Agent/User from all assigned queues.
- Save changes.
Now from the Agent List, you can now delete the Agent/User.
The agent/user has not been removed from all assigned queues.
