Cannot Delete VCC Agent Or User From Configuration Manager

Symptom

Getting error when attempting to delete VCC agent/user from the VCC Configuration Manager: The Agent cannot be deleted.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center Admin and Agent.

Resolution

From VCC Configuration Manager:

  1. Edit the Agent/User.
  2. Select Queues tab.
  3. Remove Agent/User from all assigned queues.
  4. Save changes.

Now from the Agent List, you can now delete the Agent/User.

Cause

The agent/user has not been removed from all assigned queues.
