Configure Bria 5 For Virtual Contact Center

Objective

Downloading and configuring Bria 5 for Virtual Contact Center.

Procedure

Download and Install the Bria 5 Client

Download Bria 5 from the following sites:

During installation, select Manual Install.

Enter License Key

  1. Install the License Key.

  2. Enter your License Key in the text box.

  3. Once this has been completed, click Done.

Configure Account Settings

  1. From the Bria menu, select Softphone > Account Settings.

  2. In Account Settings, Click Add.

  3. In the Account Tab, make sure to match the User ID with the SIP URI of the VCC AGUI.
  4. To obtain the correct SIP Proxy URI for your platform, refer to the Virtual Contact Center Platform URL Guide.

  5. On the Voicemail tab, uncheck Voicemail Box.

  6. On the Topology tab, select None for Firewall Traversal.

  7. On the Advanced tab, change Reregister every to 300 Seconds.

  8. Click OK.

Configure Preferences

  1. From the Bria menu, go to Softphone > Preferences > Audio Codecs.

  2. In the Preferences Box, make sure to only have Enabled Codecs listed.
    • G.729
    • G711 ulaw
    • G711 alaw
    • G.722
  3.  Click OK and the Bria 5 Setup is complete.
