How to Create an 8x8 Contact Center Schedule

Objective

To create an 8x8 Contact Center Schedule.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Contact Center Configuration Manager
  • Schedule

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager
  2. Click Home
  3. Select the Schedules tab.
  4. Click Add Schedule
  5. Enter business hours.
  6. Select correct time zone 
  7. Click Save
