Objective

Create VCC Schedule

Applies To

VCC administrator.

Procedure

Log into VCC Configuration Manager

  1. Select "Home" from the menu panel.
  2. Select "Schedules" tab.
  3. Select "Add Schedule" link.
  4. Enter business hours.
  5. Select "Save" once complete.
