How to Create an Agent in 8x8 Contact Center Mode 1

To add an agent to an 8x8 Contact Center Mode 1 account.

Procedure
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Select Agents.
- Click + Agent.
- Enter the required information.
- Click Save.
